    1. Add the watermelon, frozen banana, and fresh spinach to a blender. The frozen banana adds creaminess and helps chill the smoothie without watering it down.
    4 cup Watermelon (cubed, seeds removed), 1 cup Fresh spinach, 1 piece Frozen banana
  2. 2. Add the ground flax seed, vanilla extract, and honey on top of the fruit and greens.
    2 tbsp Ground flax seed, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp Honey
  3. 3. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  4. 4. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with a small watermelon wedge on the rim for a fun, kid-friendly presentation.
