Prepare the Glass
1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then press the rim into Tajín or chili-salt to coat evenly. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.

Shake the Cocktail
2. Combine mezcal, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and triple sec in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 12–15 seconds until the tin is frosty and ice-cold.

0.5 oz Agave syrup,
0.5 oz Triple sec,
1 cup Ice
3. Strain the cocktail over the iced, rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
