Cook the Filling
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow onion and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until softened and lightly browned.

2. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and cooked through with no pink remaining.

3. Stir in the garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Fold in the black beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Remove from the heat and squeeze in the juice of half the lime, then taste and adjust the seasoning.
