  1. Prepare Ingredients
    1. Peel and dice the mango, discarding the pit. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Peel and break the banana into chunks.
    1 piece Ripe mango, 1 piece Ripe avocado, 1 piece Banana
  2. Blend & Serve
    2. Add the mango, avocado, and banana to a high-powered blender, followed by the Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, honey, cardamom, cinnamon, lime juice, and ice cubes.
    0.8 cup Plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp Vanilla protein powder, 1 cup Whole milk, 1 tbsp Honey, 0.2 tsp Ground cardamom, 0.2 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice, 6 piece Ice cubes
  3. 3. Blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once if needed.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey or tanginess with extra lime juice if desired. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
