  1. Prep
    1. Wash, core, and finely chop the Apple into small bite-size pieces.
    2 piece Apple
  2. Cream Base
    2. Stir the Greek yogurt, Honey, and Vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and lightly sweetened.
    2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  3. Assemble
    3. Spoon some of the Greek yogurt mixture into 4 glasses or bowls. Add a layer of Apple, then a layer of Mango sauce. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
    2 piece Apple, 1 cup Mango sauce, 2 cup Greek yogurt
  4. Finish
    4. Top each parfait with Chocolate flakes and serve right away, or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
