  1. Blend & Serve
    1. Add the coconut milk to your blender first — this helps the blades move freely. Then add the baby spinach and blend for about 20–30 seconds until completely smooth and no green flecks remain. This sneaky step ensures the spinach is fully hidden.
    1 cup Coconut milk (full-fat, canned), 1 cup Fresh baby spinach
  2. 2. Add the frozen banana pieces, peeled kiwis, pea protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the blender.
    2 piece Banana (ripe, frozen), 3 piece Kiwi (peeled), 2 tbsp Pea protein powder (vanilla or unflavored), 1 tbsp Honey, 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, 0.5 cup Ice cubes
  3. 3. Blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth, thick, and creamy. Taste and add a little more honey if desired.
