    1. Preheat the oven to 220C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into small chunks and pulse in a food processor until finely chopped but not fully pureed.

    3. Transfer the chicken breast to a bowl. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then mix until the mixture holds together.
    1 piece Egg, 0.8 cup Breadcrumbs, 0.2 cup Parmesan cheese, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Onion powder, 0.5 tsp Paprika, 0.8 tsp Salt, 0.2 tsp Black pepper
  4. Shape
    4. With lightly oiled hands, form the mixture into small compact nugget-style ovals or short log shapes and place them on the baking sheet. Brush or rub the tops lightly with olive oil.

    5. Bake until the nugget pops are firm, lightly golden, and the chicken breast is cooked through to 74C in the center, about 14 to 16 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
