Cook the Oats
1. Combine the rolled oats, water, salt, and vanilla extract in a large microwave-safe bowl (use a large bowl to prevent overflow). Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another 1 minute until the oats are creamy and have absorbed most of the liquid.
0.5 cup Rolled oats,
1 cup Water,
1 pinch Salt,
0.2 tsp Vanilla extract
2. If using frozen berries, place them in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30–45 seconds until just thawed and juicy. If using fresh berries, skip this step.
0.5 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Assemble & Serve
3. Drizzle the almond butter and honey over the cooked oats, then spoon the berries on top along with any juices.
0.5 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen),
1 tbsp Almond butter,
1 tsp Honey
4. Sprinkle the chia seeds and sliced almonds over the top and serve immediately.
1 tsp Chia seeds,
1 tbsp Sliced almonds
