  1. Mix & Assemble
    1. Finely grate the mild cheddar cheese and finely slice the fresh chives. Set aside a small pinch of each for topping.
    2.5 oz Mild cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp Fresh chives
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well so the mustard and spices are fully distributed.
    1 cup Rolled oats, 1 cup Whole milk, 2 tbsp Chia seeds, 0.8 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 0.2 tsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.2 tsp Black pepper
  3. 3. Fold in most of the grated cheddar and most of the chives, reserving a little of each for topping. Stir until the cheese begins to soften slightly into the mixture.
    2.5 oz Mild cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp Fresh chives
  4. Chill
    4. Divide the mixture evenly between two cups or jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the oats are fully softened and the mixture has thickened to a creamy, spoonable consistency.
  5. Serve
    5. When ready to serve, give each cup a good stir. Spoon the Greek yogurt on top of each cup, then finish with the reserved cheddar, chives, and an extra pinch of smoked paprika.
