Prepare Batter
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

4. Add the Kodiak pancake mix, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined — do not overmix.

Bake
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
