  1. Oat & Chia Base
    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, chia seeds, almond protein powder, ground cinnamon, and pinch of salt until evenly combined.
1 cup Rolled oats, 3 tbsp Chia seeds, 2 tbsp Almond protein powder, 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1 pinch Pinch of salt
  2. 2. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir thoroughly until fully incorporated and no clumps remain.
1.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk, 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp Maple syrup, 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  3. 3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the mixture is thick and the chia seeds have fully bloomed. Give it a stir halfway through if possible.
  4. Berry Layer
    4. When ready to assemble, gently toss the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries together in a small bowl. Lightly crush a few raspberries with a fork to release their juices and create a natural berry sauce throughout the mix.
0.5 cup Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced, 0.5 cup Fresh blueberries, 0.5 cup Fresh raspberries
  5. Assembling the Jars
    5. Divide half of the oat-chia mixture evenly between two jars or glasses as the first layer. Spoon a generous layer of the berry mixture on top, then add the remaining oat-chia mixture as the final layer.
  6. 6. Top each jar with the remaining berries, a sprinkle of sliced almonds, and a light drizzle of honey. Serve immediately or seal and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
2 tbsp Sliced almonds (topping), 1 tsp Honey
