Cook the Oats
1. Combine rolled oats, water, salt, and ground cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook for about 4–5 minutes until the oats are mostly creamy and have absorbed most of the liquid.
0.5 cup Rolled oats,
1 cup Water,
0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon,
1 pinch Salt
2. Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the egg whites slowly while stirring constantly and vigorously to prevent them from scrambling — stir for 2–3 minutes until fully incorporated and the oats become thick, glossy, and extra creamy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup.
3 piece Egg whites,
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract,
1 tsp Honey or maple syrup
Assemble & Serve
3. Transfer the oats to a bowl. Dollop almond butter on top and scatter the fresh mixed berries over the surface. Finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds for extra texture and fiber. Serve immediately.
