6. Brush the entire surface of the puff pastry lightly with the egg wash, then drizzle or brush the orange juice evenly over the top.

9. Lightly brush the tops of the twisted sticks with any remaining egg wash and sprinkle over any leftover orange-cinnamon or cocoa sugar.
