  1. Prepare the Glasses
    1. Drizzle chocolate sauce in a spiral pattern inside two chilled tall glasses, then place the glasses in the freezer while you prepare the shake.
2 tbsp Chocolate sauce (for garnish)
  2. Blend the Shake
    2. Add the mezcal, dark crème de cacao, Kahlúa, heavy cream, chocolate ice cream, whole milk, cocoa powder, a pinch of flaky sea salt, and ice cubes into a blender.
3 oz Mezcal (preferably joven/blanco), 1.5 oz Dark crème de cacao, 1 oz Kahlúa (coffee liqueur), 2 oz Heavy cream, 3 cup Chocolate ice cream, 0.5 cup Whole milk, 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 pinch Flaky sea salt, 1 cup Ice cubes
  3. 3. Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until completely smooth and thick. The mixture should be pourable but not watery — if too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add another scoop of ice cream.
  4. Serve
    4. Retrieve the prepared glasses from the freezer and pour the shake evenly between both glasses. Finish each drink with an extra pinch of flaky sea salt on top to cut through the richness and highlight the smoky mezcal notes. Serve immediately with a wide straw.
    1 pinch Flaky sea salt
