  1. Prep Chicken
    1. Preheat the oven to 200C and line a baking tray. Slice the chicken breast lengthwise into very thin strips, then gently flatten each strip so it is even.

    2. Toss the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
    1 tbsp Olive oil, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Paprika, 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.2 tsp Black pepper
  3. Shape
    3. Roll each strip of chicken breast into a tight spiral and place seam-side down on the tray. If needed, tuck the end underneath so the pinwheels hold their shape.

    4. Bake until the chicken breast is cooked through and lightly golden at the edges, about 14 to 18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving so the pinwheels firm up slightly.
