1. Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice cubes.
1 cup Ice cubes
2. Add the Baileys Irish Cream, whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to the shaker.
4 oz Baileys Irish Cream,
4 oz Whole milk,
2 oz Heavy cream,
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract,
1 tsp Powdered sugar
3. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold and the drink is well combined and slightly frothy.
4. Strain into two rocks glasses filled with fresh ice cubes, then finish with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg on top of each glass.
