Roast Broccoli
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a large rimmed baking sheet. Cut the broccoli into medium florets, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and half of the salt, then spread in a single layer.
2. Roast the broccoli for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway, until tender with crispy browned edges.
Cook Burgers and Dogs
3. Divide the ground beef into 4 portions and gently shape into patties about 2 cm (3/4 inch) thick, pressing a small dimple in the center of each. Season both sides with the remaining salt and the black pepper.
4. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Cook the patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F), and grill the hot dogs alongside for 5 to 7 minutes, turning often, until heated through and lightly charred.
1 lb Ground beef (80/20),
4 pieces All-beef hot dogs
5. Top each patty with a cheddar cheese slice during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt. Lightly toast the hamburger buns and hot dog buns on the grill for 30 to 60 seconds.
4 slice Cheddar cheese slices,
4 pieces Hamburger buns,
4 pieces Hot dog buns
Assemble and Serve
6. Place the cheeseburgers in the hamburger buns and the hot dogs in the hot dog buns. Serve with the roasted broccoli and ketchup for topping or dipping.
0.2 cup Ketchup
