Make Strawberry Purée
1. Hull the fresh strawberries and add them to a cocktail shaker or small blender. Muddle or blend until you have a smooth purée.

3. Fill two tall glasses with fresh ice. Double-strain the cocktail mixture through a fine-mesh strainer evenly between the two glasses to remove strawberry seeds.
1 cup Ice
4. Top each glass gently with soda water — stir once with a bar spoon to combine without losing the fizz.
4 oz Soda water
5. Garnish each glass with a lime wheel and a fresh strawberry on the rim. Serve immediately.
