    2. Add the ricotta, heavy cream, a small drizzle of honey, vanilla extract, and a tiny pinch of fine sea salt to a medium bowl. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth, light, and slightly fluffy, or blend briefly with an immersion blender.

  3. Caramelized Bananas
    3. Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted and foamy, sprinkle in the brown sugar and stir until it looks like a loose caramel.

  4. 4. Lay the banana slices in a single layer in the skillet. Cook without moving them for 2 to 3 minutes until the undersides are deeply golden and caramelized, then carefully flip and cook the second side for 1 to 2 minutes.     5. While the bananas cook, heat a second skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of the bread slices lightly with olive oil and toast in the skillet until crisp and golden on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side, or toast in a toaster until deeply golden.
