Oven Fries
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment. Cut the Russet potatoes into 1 cm thick sticks, then toss with the Vegetable oil, Garlic powder, Paprika and 1 tsp of the Salt until evenly coated.
2. Spread the potatoes in a single layer without crowding. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.
Cook Patties and Dogs
3. While the fries bake, divide the Ground beef into 4 loosely formed patties about 2 cm thick, pressing a shallow dimple into the center of each. Season both sides with the remaining Salt and the Black pepper.

4. Heat a grill or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side until no pink remains and the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F). Top each with a Cheddar cheese slice during the last minute and cover to melt.

5. Grill or pan-sear the Hot dogs for 5 to 7 minutes, turning often, until heated through and lightly charred.

Assemble and Serve
6. Lightly toast the Hamburger buns and Hot dog buns on the grill or in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
7. Place the cheeseburger patties in the Hamburger buns and the Hot dogs in the Hot dog buns. Serve with Ketchup and Yellow mustard alongside the hot oven fries so everyone can customize.
