  1. Prep
    1. Preheat the oven to 220C and line a baking tray with parchment. Cut the chicken breast into slim strips.

    2. In a shallow bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a second bowl, beat the egg with the olive oil.
    1.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 0.2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 piece Egg, 1 tbsp Olive oil, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Paprika, 0.8 tsp Salt, 0.2 tsp Black pepper
  3. 3. Dip each chicken breast strip into the egg mixture, then coat well in the breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly so the coating sticks.
  4. Bake
    4. Arrange the coated chicken breast strips on the tray in a single layer with space between them. Bake until golden, crisp, and the chicken is cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve
    5. Cool for a few minutes before serving so the coating sets and the chicken breast strips are easy to pick up.
