2. In a small bowl, whisk together Honey, Certified kosher soy sauce, Certified kosher vinegar, and Garlic until smooth.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the Olive oil, then cook the Chicken breasts or cutlets for 4 to 6 minutes per side, working in batches if needed, until deeply golden and cooked through to 74C. Transfer to a plate.

4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining Olive oil to the skillet, then add Garlic from the sauce mixture and stir for about 15 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the Honey mixture and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened and glossy.
5. Return the Chicken breasts or cutlets and any juices to the skillet. Turn to coat and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce clings to the chicken.
