    1. Pat the Chicken breasts or cutlets dry and season both sides with Kosher salt and Black pepper.
    4 piece Chicken breasts or cutlets, 1 tsp Kosher salt, 0.5 tsp Black pepper

    2. In a small bowl, whisk together Honey, Certified kosher soy sauce, Certified kosher vinegar, and Garlic until smooth.
    0.3 cup Honey, 0.2 cup Certified kosher soy sauce, 2 tbsp Certified kosher vinegar, 4 clove Garlic
  3. Cook Chicken
    3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the Olive oil, then cook the Chicken breasts or cutlets for 4 to 6 minutes per side, working in batches if needed, until deeply golden and cooked through to 74C. Transfer to a plate.

  4. Finish
    4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining Olive oil to the skillet, then add Garlic from the sauce mixture and stir for about 15 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the Honey mixture and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened and glossy.

  5. 5. Return the Chicken breasts or cutlets and any juices to the skillet. Turn to coat and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce clings to the chicken.

  6. 6. Sprinkle with Parsley and serve hot.
