Bake the Pizza
1. Position an oven rack in the center and preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove the frozen cheese pizza from its packaging and shrink wrap.
1 piece Frozen cheese pizza (12-inch)
2. Place the frozen cheese pizza directly on the oven rack, or on a baking sheet for easier handling. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 220°C (425°F), until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are deep golden brown.
Dress the Salad
3. While the pizza bakes, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the bagged salad mix and toss gently until lightly coated just before serving to keep it crisp.
1 bag Bagged salad mix,
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil,
1 tbsp Lemon juice,
0.2 tsp Salt,
0.2 tsp Black pepper
Serve and Store
4. Let the pizza rest for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with the dried oregano and red pepper flakes if using. Slice into 8 wedges and serve alongside the salad.
0.5 tsp Dried oregano,
0.2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
5. Refrigerate any leftover pizza in an airtight container for up to 3 days and keep any undressed salad separate. Reheat slices at 200°C (400°F) for 5-8 minutes to re-crisp the crust for a second meal.
