  1. Prepare the Glass
    1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim into chili salt to coat. Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside.
    1 cup Ice, 1 pinch Chili salt (such as Tajín), 1 piece Lime wedge (garnish)
  2. Mix the Cocktail
    2. Combine the mezcal, fresh mango puree, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Add a generous handful of ice and shake hard for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold and frosted on the outside.
    2 oz Mezcal, 2 oz Fresh mango puree, 0.8 oz Fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz Agave nectar, 0.5 oz Orange liqueur (such as Cointreau), 1 cup Ice
  3. 3. Strain the cocktail over the ice in the prepared glass. Garnish with a fresh mango slice on the rim and serve immediately.
