  1. Mix & Serve
    1. Add mezcal, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 12–15 seconds until the tin is ice-cold and frosted.
    2 oz Mezcal, 1 oz Coconut cream, 0.8 oz Fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz Agave syrup, 1 cup Ice
  2. 2. Strain into a rocks glass or highball glass filled with fresh ice.

  3. 3. Top gently with soda water and give the drink one slow, gentle stir to combine without losing carbonation.

  4. 4. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim and a small pinch of toasted coconut flakes floated on top. Serve immediately.
