Freeze & Prep
1. If your bananas aren't already frozen, peel and slice them into coins and freeze on a tray for at least 2 hours or overnight until fully solid. Keep your frozen blueberries in the freezer until ready to blend.

2. Add the frozen banana pieces and frozen blueberries to a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse several times to break up the chunks, scraping down the sides as needed.

3. Add the vanilla extract and coconut milk, then blend continuously for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and a vivid violet-blue color. Add a tiny splash more coconut milk only if it struggles to blend.

4. Scoop the nice cream into a bowl. Use the back of a spoon to shape it into a rounded mound — this is your dinosaur egg! Slice the kiwi half into thin triangular spikes and press them along the top of the mound to create a dinosaur-spine effect.
