  1. Prep
    1. Preheat the oven to 220C and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. 2. Cut the Chicken breast into thick finger-sized strips. Pat dry.
    2 piece Chicken breast
  3. Coat
    3. Beat the Egg in a shallow bowl. In a second bowl, mix the Sesame seeds, Panko breadcrumbs, Garlic powder, Salt, and Black pepper.
    1 piece Egg, 3 tbsp Sesame seeds, 0.8 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 0.8 tsp Salt, 0.2 tsp Black pepper
  4. 4. Dip each Chicken breast strip into the Egg, then press into the Sesame seeds mixture to coat lightly on all sides.
  5. Bake
    5. Arrange the coated Chicken breast strips on the tray. Drizzle with Olive oil.

  6. 6. Bake until golden, dry on the outside, and cooked through, about 14 to 18 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking.
  7. Serve
    7. Cool for a few minutes before serving so the coating sets and the Chicken breast stays juicy.
