Cook Chicken
1. Slice the chicken breast in half horizontally into two thin cutlets. Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Dressing
3. Mince the garlic clove finely. Whisk it with the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with a little extra black pepper if desired.
5. Spread the dressing over each tortilla, leaving a 2 cm border. Layer with romaine, avocado and chicken, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
1 piece Boneless skinless chicken breast,
1 cup Romaine lettuce,
1 piece Avocado,
0.1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
6. Fold in the sides, roll up tightly, and slice in half. Serve immediately or wrap in parchment for a portable meal.
