These indulgent cookies combine the rich nuttiness of browned butter with sweet mashed banana and melty chocolate chips, all wrapped up in a chewy oat-studded dough. They bake up golden and fragrant with warm cinnamon — a cozy twist on classic banana bread in cookie form.
