  1. Prepare Components
    1. Hull and slice the strawberries. Gently rinse the blueberries and raspberries and pat them dry.
    6 pieces Strawberries, 0.5 cup Blueberries, 0.5 cup Raspberries
  2. 2. Toast the almonds and walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring often, until fragrant. Transfer to a plate to cool.
    0.2 cup Almonds, roughly chopped, 2 tbsp Walnuts, roughly chopped
  3. Make Yogurt Base
    3. In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract, lemon zest and half of the honey until smooth and creamy.
    2 cup Thick Greek yogurt, 0.5 tbsp Honey, 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, 0.5 tsp Lemon zest
  4. 4. Divide the yogurt between two bowls and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
  5. Assemble and Serve
    5. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries over the yogurt. Scatter with the toasted nuts and chia seeds.
    6 pieces Strawberries, 0.5 cup Blueberries, 0.5 cup Raspberries, 2 tbsp Chia seeds, 0.2 cup Almonds, roughly chopped, 2 tbsp Walnuts, roughly chopped
  6. 6. Drizzle with the remaining honey, dust with a pinch of cinnamon and serve immediately.
