  1. Prep
    1. Pit and roughly chop the plums. Peel and slice the banana into chunks. If the banana is not frozen, place it in the freezer for 20 minutes for a thicker, creamier smoothie.
    1 piece Ripe banana, peeled and sliced, 2 piece Ripe plums, pitted and roughly chopped
  2. Blend
    2. Add the frozen strawberries, plums, banana, oat milk, condensed milk, and lemon juice to a blender.
    1 cup Frozen strawberries, 1 piece Ripe banana, peeled and sliced, 1 cup Oat milk, 1 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, 2 piece Ripe plums, pitted and roughly chopped
  3. 3. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more oat milk and blend again briefly.
    1 cup Oat milk
  4. Serve
    4. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately while cold.
