1. Pit and roughly chop the plums. Peel and slice the banana into chunks. If the banana is not frozen, place it in the freezer for 20 minutes for a thicker, creamier smoothie.

2. Add the frozen strawberries, plums, banana, oat milk, condensed milk, and lemon juice to a blender.

3. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more oat milk and blend again briefly.

4. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately while cold.
