1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Trim the broccolini into bite-size lengths, thinly slice the jalapeño, mince the garlic, and halve the lime.
2. Cook the pasta until al dente. In the last 3 minutes, add the broccolini to the same pot. Reserve some pasta water, then drain the pasta and broccolini.

3. Whisk the peanut butter, plain yogurt, honey, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, black pepper, and a splash of reserved pasta water until smooth and pourable.

Add the pasta, broccolini, and sauce, then toss until glossy and evenly coated, loosening with more reserved pasta water as needed. Taste and adjust with a little more lime juice or salt if needed.
