  1. Mix the Oats
    1. In a jar or bowl, stir together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and salt until no dry pockets remain.
0.5 cup Rolled oats, 0.5 cup Milk, 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Chia seeds, 1 tsp Honey, 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 pinch Ground cinnamon, 1 pinch Salt
  2. 2. Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 10 seconds until pourable, then swirl half through the oat mixture, leaving visible ribbons.
    0.8 tbsp Peanut butter
  3. Chill Overnight
    3. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight up to 3 days, until the oats are soft and creamy.
